The Power Conversion Technology Laboratory within Huawei’s Nuremberg Research Center is responsible for Advanced Digital Power Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning, and plays an important role in the Huawei Digital Power business in the design and development of power converters and control systems for applications such as PV Solar & Battery Energy Storage Field, Data Centers, Electric Vehicle, and Embedded Power Supply.
You will be part of the HUAWEI Energy R&D Competence Center in Nuremberg.
Now we are looking for a: Intern for Battery Failure Analysis (m/f/d)
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze battery failure causes by integrating battery data with physical and chemical tests, and produce detailed analysis reports
- Assist in the procurement, installation of critical analytical equipment
- Collaborate with the algorithm team to develop battery safety detection algorithms, including battery simulation and big data analysis
- Other battery related technical research and insights work
Job Requirements:
- Background in electrochemistry with completed coursework in battery-related subjects.
- Knowledge and experience in Data Engineering or battery simulation will be a plus.
- Outgoing personality, eager to take on challenges, and possessing strong self-motivation.
