We are cellular baseband architecture team in Munich research center. We keep growing together with our continuous business success and strong partnership, and welcome all talents to join us.
We are a small but motivated application specific processor architect team building the baseband communication processor core architecture for the next generation products. We focus mainly on high performance and high efficiency accelerator core micro-architecture design. We are searching for an experienced and motivated candidate to think out of the box and build innovative new ASIP optimization methodologies for next generation cellular baseband processor.

Your mission
- Literature review of state-of-the-art optimization technologies and its applicability to the problems from real projects.
- Explore and develop/apply optimization algorithms to efficiently address the required optimization problems.
- Innovate new optimization methodologies, frameworks, generate patents and conference papers.
Your areas of expertise
- Strong mathematical theory background and mathematical modeling capability to transform real world problems into mathematical problems;
- Strong statistical modeling background and statistical optimization methodologies;
- Strong programming and engineering capabilities to transform mathematical models into universal methodologies and tools;
- Excellent intercultural communication skills as well as professional leadership. Will have to work in a multicultural and multiparter working environment;
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Chinese language capability will be a plus.
