Visual Designer,  Intelligent Cockpit -Leased Labor 18 months

We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate in UXUI Team for intelligent cockpit system, advancing HMI aesthetics, emotional design and usability in functionalities.

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the power of visualization and had experience in both GUI and physical product appearance design. Your role in UXUI team requires collaboration with our UX/interaction designers to land innovative interactions with outstanding visual impressions. Your will be working on future trends of vehicle HMI design, AI UX, and product innovations in Vehicle Intelligent Cockpit.

Your mission 

• To incubate visual directions for the AI-GUI areas, physical touch points and evolve in-car HMI visual language.
• To deliver high-quality design concepts individually or leading a small team, including UI component visualizations, physical product appearance designs, 2D&3D motion graphic designs, storytelling demos/videos, and presentation documents.

Your areas of expertise/experience

• Master’s or higher degree in UXUI design, multimedia design, industrial design, or other equivalent design disciplines or experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Automotive GUI design.
• Project experience of robot appearance design, CGI, digital arts or industrial design is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proven high-quality visualization designs on real products, creative visual contents or pre-development programs.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools e.g. Figma, Adobe AE (and plug-ins), PS, Rhino, Keyshot, Blender/Cinema 4d, and PowerPoint;
• Experience of generative AI tools for design creation or process is a plus.
• Strong visual storytelling capabilities, including storyboarding, presentation deck, video shooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to make the planned deliverables happen under pressure.
• Enthusiastic to work as part of our international team and fluent communication skills in English, Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
