Now we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who would like to support our work as operational specialist in lease labor for 24 months
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the platform of Munich Research Center and the Austria Rep Office to implement procurement, human resources, cooperation, and information security policies locally in the Vienna Research Center, and carry out recruitment, procurement, and cooperation activities while ensuring business compliance:
- Localize the platform operation requirements based on local laws and regulations, and develop standard document processes to ensure correct implementation
- Cooperate with HR for the department among on-boarding/exit, interview appointments to enhance cross culture communication to gain good team spirits
- Establish and continuously maintain a good ecosystem relationship with local resources, and assist in handling technical cooperation processes of the department
- Collaborate with the procurement platform and assist in handling the procurement process of the department, including general procurement and consulting service procurement
- Collaborate with the financial platform to assist the research center in budget planning, application, and management
- Meet any other ad-hoc requests when necessary
Requirements:
- Completed education in the field of business administration/operations management / Electronic engineering/ Information Technologies/psychology, or other similar study background
- 7+ years of working experience as Operational Specialist is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international working environment
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
- Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Service-oriented, approachable, ability to learn quickly and adoptive to a fast working environment
- Good planning and organizing skills
