Now we are looking for a:

Low-Voltage Power MOSFET Research via Leased Labor (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the reliability research of MOSFET structure, wafer process, package for lower voltage MOSFET
• Insight into the development trend of key technologies for low-voltage power MOSFET
• Take technical and project management ownership of innovative research topics
• Collaborate with the central office team to solve the reliability issues during MOSFET development

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Microelectronics, Material Science or another domain-related disciplines
• Profound knowledge and good experience in the low-voltage（15-200V trench and SGT）MOS development and reliability
• Have a deep understanding of low-voltage MOS design, manufacturing process, reliability design and failure analysis
• Familiarity with roadmap of low-voltage （15-200V trench and SGT ） MOS technology
• Familiarity with advanced package technologies such as source down DSC and package reliability would be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal
