Your mission
- Take responsibility for the overall purchasing strategy of our service, materials and equipment, enhancing efficiency and transaction security
- Analyze internal requirements and market supply resources to support the overall purchasing strategy for procurement related categories
- Develop, maintain and execute procurement strategies to gain competitive advantages and ensure high-quality delivery
- Sourcing new and maintaining current suppliers as well as managing the supplier resource structure in order to extend the cooperation with strategic suppliers
- Control and optimize the purchasing process, monitor its’ status and make suggestions for improvement for beneficial new requirement handlings
- Evaluate the performance of the suppliers and track improvement
Your areas of expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics or similar fields of study
- First work experience in the area of procurement as well as supplier management, commercial negotiation and basic capabilities of procurement project management
- Basic knowledge about supplier management, procurement strategy as well as E2E procurement knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment as well as high flexibility and motivated working attitude
- Fluent spoken and written in English, German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Europe
