Working Student – Radio Wave Propagation Modeling for 6G ISAC

We are currently seeking an Working Student – Radio Wave Propagation Modeling for 6G ISAC. This role aims to contribute to the development of next-generation, high-trust test technologies and engineering capabilities. These innovations will be implemented in Huawei’s 5G, 5.5G, automotive, and related products to maintain our leading position in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Participate in research projects focused on radio wave propagation modeling for 6G.
- Contribute to the development and publication of wave propagation modeling tools and algorithms.
- Support and engage in daily workflows and internal processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in high-frequency engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C/C++.
- Experience with wave propagation modeling tools (e.g., ray tracing or physical optics) is a plus.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with a structured and proactive working style.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills, along with team spirit and the ability to work effectively in intercultural environments, especially within European and Asian contexts.
