Researcher in Optical Communication & Digital Signal Processing 

What You'll Do:

• Conduct innovative research in optical communication and DSP to advance technologies used in high-speed, high-capacity networks.
• Develop and test algorithms to improve the performance of optical systems and signal processing techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on exciting, large-scale projects.
• Contribute to publications and intellectual property generation, positioning yourself as a leader in the field.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging trends and advancements in optical and DSP technologies.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual who is passionate about technology and excited to push the boundaries of research in optical communication. You should have a strong technical background in DSP and optics, but more importantly, you should have a curiosity for new technologies and a desire to make a difference.

Key Qualifications:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid experience with optical communication systems, digital signal processing (DSP), or signal processing algorithms.
• Familiarity with mathematical modeling and simulation tools (such as MATLAB, Python, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
• A passion for continuous learning and innovation.
