Senior IP Engineer, Protocol Development & Standardization

 Your mission

• Keep track of latest protocol progress in IPv6, SRv6, EVPN, YANG etc in IETF
• Discuss with operators on protocol/network innovation to identify practical problems and solutions
• Standardize the solutions / ideas in IETF, ETSI or EU research projects
• Aassist Huawei R&D to prioritize protocol development

Your areas of expertise

• ICT related Master or PhD
• Good work experience in the network industry; Worked with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia or an operator; IP Protocol development experience a big plus
• Good understanding of IP networking technologies, e.g. SRv6, IPv6, routing protocols, MPLS, EVPN, VXLAN, YANG, Telemetry etc
• Some experience with SDOs, industry forums, or EU research like H.2020
• Proactive & devoted
