3D Printing Expert - Senior Engineer

You will work as a Senior 3D Printing Expert in a multifunctional and multicultural team to push the limits of existing technologies. Within a predevelopment team of mechanical, process, RF and system engineers you will develop concepts and solutions for our telecommunication equipment and consumer devices. Our vision is to boost technology.

You will analyze the technology gaps and future requirements, find new solutions and make them ready to be transferred to product development.

An important part of work is driving cooperation with universities, institutes and leading suppliers.

 Your mission

• Research, develop, and optimize metal and ceramic 3D printing technologies to improve printing precision, efficiency, and performance.
• In-depth study of 3D printing behaviors of different metal materials, and explore new metal 3D printing materials and applications.
• Optimize the metal and ceramic 3D printing process parameters and develop standard operation procedures to ensure product consistency and reliability.
• Guide the selection, installation, commissioning and maintenance of metal 3D printing equipment to ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
• Analyze and solve various complex technical problems of innovative metal 3D printing products, and continuously improve and innovate.
• Pay attention to the industry's cutting-edge technology trends and lead product and process upgrade.

Your areas of expertise

• Successfully completed Master or PhD. degree in mechanical Engineering or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in metal 3D printing, in-depth understanding and innovation of metal 3D printing core technology.
• Proficient in metal 3D printing processes, such as SLM, EBM, DMLS, etc., familiar with process parameter optimization.
• Proficient in metallography, mechanics, computer simulation and other professional fields.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and international communication skills.
• In-depth experience in a process engineering or material science role
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for the future technologies in the field of materials and processes
