Technical Cooperation Manager (m/f/d)
Huawei’s German Research Center (GRC) located in Dusseldorf, is responsible for advanced technical research, architecture evolution design and strategic technical planning with the vision of a world-leading research center for innovative technologies and platforms enabling the development of world-class products and solutions.

Technical Cooperation Manager (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Possess strong expertise in Trustworthiness with a background in software, security, communications, or computer science, including knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy protection, software engineering, and AI.
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and technical understanding to address challenges in the domain, analyzing technical trends, and identifying cooperation opportunities.
- Develop cooperation resource maps for the domain, lead the planning and strategy for cooperation initiatives, and identify optimal resources needed for successful partnerships.
- Manage project risks, negotiations, and ensure the standard execution of cooperation projects, including partner selection, contract signing, and project delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms for technical cooperation projects, with knowledge in areas like intellectual property rights, finance, export control, foreign affairs, and privacy protection.
Your areas of expertise
- Ph.D or postdoctoral experience in universities, research institutes, or leading tech companies, with a strong network in the academic community.
- Proven experience in technical collaboration, market analysis, systems analysis, business negotiations, and project management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team, initiative, positive attitude, honesty, and effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English communication and writing, with knowledge of Chinese and German as a plus.
