Join Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) as:

Lead Designer - Exterior (m/f/d)

Your mission:

• Guide all the design process, from sketch phase to 3D modeling and clay modelling, through to A-class surfaces

• High level of flexibility to work on overall design process. From styling proposals to detail solutions

• Work closely together with studio engineering to identify solutions that can be brought to production

Your areas of expertise:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Product or Transportation Design is required

• 10+ years of experience in Design, preferably at an international level Premium Brand

• Ability to coordinate and lead the team to successfully complete projects

• Experience with production and advanced design software, along with a strong track record of industry-recognized work

• Ability to deliver under tight time conditions

• Passionate in product design and with a creative, innovative approach – combined with the ability to have an in-depth understanding of company culture

• Express a high level of creativity through hand drawing as well as Photoshop sketches, 3D Modelling and 3D renderings

• Proficiency using the following software like PowerPoint, Photoshop, Alias, Blender, Vred, Keyshot, Midjourney, Stalbe diffusion

• Able to work as part of an international team, proactive and self-motivated

• Fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus
