Your mission
Contest & Talent Management Support
Support the Contest Manager in managing global top-tier programming, mathematics, and other competitive events across 10+ research centers in Europe, including contest operations, contest talent recruitment, and talent development and value realization.Contest Operations Across Europe
Take responsibility for the planning and execution of contest-related activities across European countries, including but not limited to:Event planning and end-to-end execution
Coordination with industry committees and organizing committees
Liaison and collaboration with international contest organizations
Coordination with universities, academic institutions, and other external partners
On-site event operations and issue resolution
Contest Talent Development & Value Realization
Assist the Contest Manager in managing contest talent development and value realization initiatives across 10+ European research centers, helping connect outstanding contest talent with research, innovation, and real-world industry challenges.
Your areas of expertise
Project & Event Management
Proven experience in large-scale event management or project operations.
Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to take responsibility for results.
Highly responsible, execution-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Language & Cross-Cultural Communication
Excellent Chinese and English skills, with both languages usable as working languages in professional settings.
Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both languages.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
Communication & Execution
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
Able to respond quickly and effectively to urgent or unexpected project requirements.
Comfortable working under pressure and capable of maintaining high efficiency and quality in demanding situations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international competitions, universities, research institutions, or technology organizations.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong interest in AI, technology, innovation, or competitive programming and mathematics.
