Overseas Operations Assistant - Leased Labor 18 months (m/f/d)
Your mission
1. Fleet & Logistics Management
Vehicle Operations: Oversee the daily scheduling, maintenance, and fueling of company vehicles to ensure seamless mobility for the team.
Compliance: Ensure all vehicles strictly meet local regulatory requirements, including insurance renewals, annual inspections, and permit filings.
2. Administrative & Regulatory Affairs
Office Management: Maintain daily office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate with local vendors (utilities, internet, security).
Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting and enforcing internal office regulations and "Overseas Handbook" guidelines tailored to the local cultural context.
Documentation: Organize and maintain critical legal and corporate documents, ensuring all local business licenses and visas are up to date.
3. Market Intelligence & Information Gathering
Market Research: Collect and synthesize information regarding local industry trends, and "going global" best practices.
Regulatory Monitoring: Track changes in local labor laws, tax policies, and industry-specific regulations to mitigate compliance risks.
Reporting: Prepare weekly briefings on local news or events that may impact business operations.
4. Flexible & Ad-hoc Support
Event Coordination: Organize local business meetings, networking events, and site visits.
Cross-functional Support: Assist various departments with ad-hoc tasks.
Your areas of expertise
· Language: Fluency in English and Chinese Language is required. Proficiency in German is a strong plus.
· Experience: 1–3 years in operations, administration, or a similar role within a multinational or startup environment.
· Skill Set: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
· High cultural intelligence and adaptability.
· Traits: Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. You should be someone who finds solutions where others see roadblocks.
