Project Assistant - 18-month Leased Labor (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Project Documentation: Maintain and archive all project files, reports, contracts, and records, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible

• Scheduling & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items

• Communication & Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the project team, internal departments, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective information flow

• Budget Tracking Support: Assist with monitoring project expenditures, ensuring adherence to the project budget

• Progress Reporting Assistance: Assist the Project Manager in preparing regular project status reports, presentations, and update materials

Your areas of expertise

• Proficient in both Chinese and English

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills; a high degree of responsibility and attention to detail
